VRS™ Refund, Cancellation, Substitution and Transfer Policy
When registering for a VRS™ course
at the PMI Facility in Denver, you are agreeing to the following Refund, Cancellation, Substitution and Transfer policies below. If you have any questions or concerns, please

Course Refunds
If there are less than two (2) students registered by the registration deadline for the course, any students who have registered will be notified of the course cancellation and a full refund will be issued.
Course Cancellations
Cancellations of a VRS™ course registration are subject to the following:

Course Substitutions
Substitutions are allowed up to
the day before the course start date. There is no additional cost for substitutions provided that you
inform VRS™ staff of the substitution and provide all necessary information for the replacement student by no later than the day before the course start date.
Course Transfers
After registering for a specific course date, you may
request to change your registration to a different date for the
same course at no additional cost, provided you do so at least
fourteen days before the course start date. You may only request to change your registration to a date that the course is already being provided (see the
VRS™ Course Calendar). Making a transfer request does not guarantee that the transfer will be completed. By requesting this transfer, you waive your right to the refund should the course be cancelled due to an inadequate number of registrations (see the VRS™ Refund Policy above). If the transfer is completed and the requested date does not have the mandatory minimum number of two (2) students registered, in lieu of being offered a refund, you will be asked to move your registration to a different date.
